Our Stories
2024 in Reflection

We have many stories to share but for this year we are focusing on stories that illustrate “Impact for Children and Youth Flourishing”.

Our Leaders’ Messages

Tim McDonald
CEO

The financial year 2023-2024 marks the second year of implementing the Growth for Impact Strategy. The 2024 Annual Report aims to highlight the progress and activities undertaken during this second phase of Y’s strategic plan.

Since the adoption of the Growth for Impact Strategy, the annual reports, beginning in 2022, have been designed to guide readers through its implementation journey.

The 2022 Annual Report introduced the theme “The Meaning of Impact”, while the 2023 report highlighted “Impact in Action”. The 2024 Annual Report will focus on the theme “Impact for Children and Youth Flourishing“, offering insights into the concept of flourishing and showcasing the significant impact the Y WA has on children, young people, and the broader community.

Through our annual report we will share the stories and performance data from each service that showcase Impact for Youth Flourishing and the important work undertaken during this phase of the Y’s strategic journey.
